iPod is a versatile portable music player. You can sync your iPod with your iTunes library so that you can listen to your music while you're on the go. You can also add photos, video, and games to some iPod models.
By default, iTunes automatically syncs your iPod when you connect it to your computer; you can change settings so that you can add items manually. Depending on the type of iPod you have, you may also be able to synchronize contact and calendar information from your computer.
The latest iTunes can be free downloaded from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

To sync only items in your library that have a checkmark next to them, click the Summary tab and select "Only sync checked items."
